I’m so excited to capture this milestone moment for you! Your session is officially booked, and I can’t wait to create stunning, timeless portraits that celebrate your achievements.

To make sure you’re fully prepared, please read through the details below. If you are in a group, please share this link with the sisters in your group : 

📍 SESSION DETAILS & PREP GUIDE

⏰ ARRIVAL & MEETING SPOT

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can start on time.

• We’ll meet at Mary E. Gearing Hall, a perfect starting point for iconic UT backdrops!

🎓 WHAT TO BRING

• Your cap, gown, and any graduation stoles, cords, or honors you want in your photos.

• If you’re bringing props (champagne, confetti, a Texas flag, etc.), make sure they’re easy to carry!

🧺 OUTFIT & GROOMING TIPS

• Steam your gown the night before to avoid wrinkles.

• Wear comfortable shoes for walking—some locations may require a short walk, and you can change into heels for photos.

• Keep makeup and hair natural but polished. Bring a small touch-up kit (powder, lip gloss, and a brush) if needed.

⏰ SESSION FLOW

• Each session is one hour, and we’ll move efficiently between locations to maximize your variety of shots.

• If you’re in a group, we’ll do a mix of solo and group photos, so everyone gets beautiful individual portraits too!

🚀 AFTER YOUR SESSION

• Your edited, high-resolution images will be delivered in an online gallery within 2 weeks.

• Your gallery will be available for 1 year, so be sure to download and save your photos!
